Q. Is there a minimum rental term ?
A. Yes. We have a 4 month minimum rental term. After 3 months, if you                    decide to continue renting, your term will be on a month-to-month basis.
   Your last months rent will be applied toward your last month of rental, upon your 30 day            written or phone notice of termination of agreement.

Q. Will I receive a statement by mail when the payment is due?
A. No. We do not invoice you. We have 2 methods of payment.  Check or Money Order or we accept credit cards via PayPal only.

Q. What is your delivery fee?
A. Our local, ground floor, round trip delivery fee is $50.00
    (That's $25.00 to deliver and $25.00 to remove the appliance).
    Upstairs, and/or door removal, is extra.

Q. What are our delivery times?
A. We deliver Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:AM to 6:PM

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are available by phone Tuesday thru Saturday from 11:AM to 6:PM        and 24 hours a day on the internet.

         No deliveries on Sundays and Mondays

Q. Do I have to be present when you deliver?
A. Yes. We need you to sign your rental agreement, and recieve a copy.
Q. How do I get started?
A. First, decide which appliance you'd like to rent. Then apply online using            our rental application. Don't forget to click the send button.

Shortly after you send your application, you will recieve a phone call or an email (your choice) regarding the status of your application, your total amount to start, and to schedule a time and date for delivery.

We require the first & last months rent, a round trip delivery charge, and tax, to start, paid by check, money order or you may use Paypal to pay by credit card.
Q. I'm ready to rent an appliance. What do I do?
A. Apply online here . After your application has been processed, We          will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date.
Q.What happens if the appliance malfunctions?
A. We take care of it. Depending on the problem, we usually bring you a                  replacement.

*No repairs or alterations are to be done by anyone other
than a California Appliance representative or technician.
Please contact us immediately by phone if there is a problem with
your rental appliance, or if you need more information.
