Q. What is your delivery fee?
A. Our local, ground floor, round trip delivery fee is $40.00
(That's $20.00 to deliver and $20.00 to remove the appliance).
Upstairs, door removal, and out of the area, is extra.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are available Tuesday thru Saturday from 11:AM to 6:PM on the internet or by phone.
We are closed Sundays and Mondays
Q. Do I have to be present when you deliver?
A. Yes. We need you to sign your rental agreement, and recieve a copy.

They make sure that your delivery gets done quickly and efficiently.
Watch for them in the red truck when your delivery or pick-up is scheduled. They arrive on time and always greet you with a smile.
Our drivers would greatly appreciate it if you would have your refrigerator emptied *defrosted and clean before they arrive.
*If you have a manual defrost refrigerator, please defrost it the day
before pick-up. Sometimes the ice can add an extra 50 to 100 lbs
of weight to the refrigerator.
